Is the F5M Millionaires Club Making Millionaires?

** Overall Rating: POOR **

First off, F5M stands for Fortune 5 Minutes which was an old representation of the program that has since turned into F5M Millionaires Club.  As far as the representation as a club, well this is true. They do hold training sessions multiple times a week and the participants can feel like club members. As far as the millionaire part goes, well nobody has ever gone that far. Some members are making a profit and I speculate that those are the ones that are totally devoted to this small program and don’t do much of anything else. Oh and I can’t remember what the products are, so that is not a good sign.

The F5M Millionaires Club is basically part of what is called a feeder system.  A feeder system is where you cycle from one program (based on various levels of recruitment) and then automatically get put into another program.  With F5M-MC  this is done without an additional fee and eventually you end up in what is called WTIA. WTIA stands for (whoops I had to look that up) Wealth Team International Association.  It is true that WTIA has members from over 150 countries and has been paying out for over 15 years, so perhaps I must be missing something.  I think it’s the whole feeder program concept that eludes me, but that’s ok, there’s not much money to be made there anyway.

My overall rating is that this program is POOR, however this does not mean it will send you to the poor house. That is primarily because of the initial cost to get in has many levels and the highest is only 150 bucks (one-time). The latest updated plan established by John Kielec has proven to be profitable. This plan is called the F5m Gold Booster Plan and I spent an additional $25 of which has returned double +. While there are better programs out there, this one is basically for beginners with little to invest.

Liberty League International is now Polaris Media Group

** Rated “Caution” **

As of Sunday, August 30, 2009, Liberty League International is no more. It appears that Brent Payne sold out his share of the ownership to Shane Krider who has renamed the company to Polaris Media Group. Many changes are taking place. The product lineup has been adjusted although Beyond Freedom and various conferences still seem to be part of it.

I was a member of the Liberty League community many years ago when I started my first home business. Having made very few sales, I was forced to find other opportunities to generate income for my family. We did enjoy our time with so many of the people that were part of that community and the conferences we attended were ‘top-notch’. It remains to be seen what will happen now, especially since their are rumors (perhaps even fact) of the group becoming part of the L Ron Hubbard’s Scientology clan.

I am no longer associated with either Liberty League International or the new Polaris Media Group and I strongly suggest that you approach with caution!

So What is ACN?

** Overall Rating: FAIR **

I did some research and I couldn’t find what ACN stands for but anyway, here’s what I understand about their communication business. They are still presenting their opportunity the old fashioned way, with living room presentations. The way I see this is that you better be a good salesman and have experience in closing sales, otherwise you won’t do well with them. You end up selling communication devices such as cell phones, internet services and the like. This may be good for some since everyone pretty much needs these products and according to their compensation plan (which also has an old fashioned MLM structure), there is some real dough to be made.

They do have an impressive representative by the name of Donald Trunp – yes THE Donald – and he created a video for associates to present to prospects. I’m not sure why he is backing ACN but that is his choice. I am not participating in this business opportunity, however, My buddy Lou Santora is a member of ACN and if interested he would be happy to provide you with more details (from his point of view) when you visit his site called Communications Now.

Does Completing Online Surveys for Income Work?

Rating ** Not Suggested **

So let’s answer the question first: Can you make money with completing online surveys? Well yes but…

Both my wife and I plus other associates have researched completing online surveys for earning income and we came up with a couple things we would like to highlight for you to consider:

1) TIME. Most survey companies have a minimum payout amount, such as $50 or $100. Some surveys return amounts like 1 to 3 dollars. These surveys take an enormous amount of time to complete and first of all are not worth the 3 dollar return. But after completing a few you now have some balance accumulating in your account.  So let’s say you have done a few and have $18 sitting in your account.  What are you going to do next? Stick with it and complete dozens of other surveys just to get your payout after your balance exceeds the $50/100 minimum?  We chose not to and so do many others. So think about this before you start wasting your time.

2) PRIVACY PRIVACY PRIVACY… Did I get your attention? You can hardly complete a survey without answering questions that require you to submit details on your personal information. You are not just completing a survey but are required to register or sign-up for the program you are about to review.  A lot of them require the most detailed of your personal information in order to complete them before you can even go back to complete the survey in order to get paid. Here’s an example of one:

Before you can answer the 14 or so that questions they ask you about the product or service, they first REQUIRE you to join. This particular example was to sign up for a free credit report. Do you know what kind of questions they ask you when you fill out a form for a credit report?  I’m sure you guessed it. They want social security numbers, they want income verifications, they want your mothers maiden name, first son born; well you get it..  Granted in this case you will probably get a credit score back from them, and it may show you something you didn’t know, But did you want that in the first place? And how do you feel giving all this personal information away for a measely 5 bucks?

There are many of these online survey companies out there, some probably better than the others, but all the same when it comes to the process involved to make money with them. If you do start and then cancel, be aware that you will still receive correspondence from them for a period of time after cancellation because most of their policies say up to ten or 15 days and so on.  Really! Like their email systems are not as good as the ones we get for our own small businesses? and they can’t remove you instantly!

So the bottom line is to ask yourself before jumping into completing online surveys:

How much is my Time Worth?

and How much is my Privacy Worth?
